Functions and Weddings


Pratty's Patch is an historic stone cottage only 10 minutes from the Bendigo town centre.
Catering for functions, weddings and parties of up to approximately 80 people, Pratty's can
make your event a very special day.


Not only can Pratty's meet your catering needs, but we can also offer the perfect setting for
private outdoor ceremonies such as weddings and christenings. In addition to our function
room, which boasts an open fireplace and old world charm, we also have a leafy outdoor
courtyard and its adjacent garden.


Should you wish to have photography of an event there are also countless indoor and outdoor
settings to suit your needs and to capture wonderful memories of your day. If you choose to
simplify your organisation and have a ceremony onsite, please note that a small fee of $250
applies and bookings are essential.


No confetti thank you, we suggest to use rose petals or rice.


TRADITIONAL WEDDING MENU

Please find below the options and prices for functions held at Pratty’s Patch. To assist
you with your selection please make your choice out of the wedding menu. This
wedding menu requires a minimum of 60 guests to have full use of our large function
room.

All courses of each meal are served to function tables on an alternative basis (e.g. 50/
50). The menu is a suggested menu only, should you have any special requirements
please feel free to discuss them with us.

Children (12 and under) are $20 per head, which consists of a choice from our
Children’s Menu (excluding Kids Parma) and an Icecream Sundae or Frog In Pond for
Dessert.

• Chicken Breast Avocado – Chicken breast topped with a fanned Avocado and

• Rack of Lamb (Well Done or Medium) served on Mashed Potato with
Cumberland Sauce
• Oven baked fish topped w/ our own special sauce consisting of Lemon Butter,
Tomato Flesh, Spring Onion, Bean Shoots & Mushrooms served w/ a Garden
Salad
• Beef Wellington encased with Bacon and Onion wrapped in Puff Pastry Served with Vegetables

Pratty’s Patch is able to cater for Vegetarians and persons with other special dietary
requirements. A minimum of 7 days notice is required for these meals.

FINGER FOOD

Finger food can be served to you in our function room or by arrangement in our leafy
outdoor courtyard as part of your wedding package as detailed on our Wedding Menu
Price List.

Alternatively should you wish to hold a wedding serving finger foods with Menu Option A
or C we are able to serve platters of finger foods as follows at an extra cost :-

COCKTAIL WEDDING MENU


Cocktail food can be served to you in our function room or by arrangement in our leafy
outdoor courtyard.


Cocktail food functions require a minimum of 60 people at $52.50 per head (children $25). Please choose 10 options from the following menu:-.

If required we are able to plate up your Wedding Cake for a fee of $2.50 per plate including
Cream and Condiments.


Please note that we are happy to discuss your individual requirements with you and tailor a
package to best suit your needs.

 



Further Information

If preferred we can do a Food/Drinks Package which includes beer, wine, soft drink and basic spirits for $95 per head (children $45) which would run from 6:30 - 11:00pm. Extra half hour would incur a cost of $500.
Prices do not include Linen being provided. White Tablecloth hire $20.00 ea., White Cloth
Napkin hire $3 ea., Chair Cover hire $20 ea. Bridal Frill and Cloth hire $60 and House linen laundry charge $50.00.


Although candles are lovely we ask that only candles that are fully enclosed be used due to
linen being ruined. If there is linen or carpet spoilage unfortunately there will be a fee
charged. We kindly ask for no table scatters thank you.


Should you wish to have a lunchtime wedding we kindly ask for you to vacate the dining
room by 4:00p.m. If having an evening wedding vacating time will be 11:30 p.m.

A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required within one week from booking. Full
payment must be made before or on the day. Due to a rise in bank fees unfortunately if
paying by credit card a 2% surcharge applies.
